We try our best to ensure that all the products are checked and shipped free from defects. In the unfortunate event that that you receive a damaged or faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact the CL Group 08 8340 1600 within 7 days of receiving delivery and we will organise to have the issue rectified for you as soon as possible.
The CL Group guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship for the length of the time stated in the warranty. The length of the warranty period varies for each brand and product.
Please check the product details on-line of the product you are purchasing or if you have already received the product please check the manufactures swing tag, these will include your warranty details. Warranty period is effective from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as this will authenticate this product warranty. This is not an international warranty. Please note this warranty is only valid in the original country of purchase. All claims must be conducted in the original country of purchase
If a defect appears within the specified warranty period, and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, the CL Group will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge. Simply contact CL Group on 08 8340 1600 or email .

If your product needs to be repaired or returned back to the CL Group, we will advise these details in our reply. Please note that you are responsible for all costs of getting your product to the Authorised Service Centres or CL Group, including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging and shipping.
If damage has occurred to your bag whist travelling with an airline - ALWAYS REPORT DAMAGE TO THE AIRLINE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE AIRPORT as this is covered by the airline and is NOT a manufacturing fault. Please contact the relevant airline for terms & conditions.

Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2010 (No.1) commencing 1 January 2012 ‘Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
