Warranty

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

At CL Group the quality of our products and safety to our customers is paramount. All products sold are 100% genuine articles and are fully backed by the respective manufacture warranties.
We pride ourselves on producing high-quality products and therefore quality control remains a crucial step in each of the manufacturing processes of a product. We would not be able to take such high-level care and attention without having our own staff overlooking the manufacturing process at each stage.
We will guarantee to do everything we can to assist you in making your purchase and post purchase as simple as possible. We want you to feel secure about purchasing from us.

QUALTITY TEST

Each product undergoes the most stringent controls and tests before it goes to market.

What is the process if my product is received damaged or faulty?

We try our best to ensure that all the products are checked and shipped free from defects. In the unfortunate event that that you receive a damaged or faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact the CL Group 08 8340 1600 within 7 days of receiving delivery and we will organise to have the issue rectified for you as soon as possible.

Warranty issues over time.

The CL Group guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship for the length of the time stated in the warranty. The length of the warranty period varies for each brand and product.

What is my warranty?

Please check the product details on-line of the product you are purchasing or if you have already received the product please check the manufactures swing tag, these will include your warranty details. Warranty period is effective from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as this will authenticate this product warranty. This is not an international warranty. Please note this warranty is only valid in the original country of purchase. All claims must be conducted in the original country of purchase

My product is not working properly or has a fault?

If a defect appears within the specified warranty period, and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, the CL Group will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge. Simply contact CL Group on 08 8340 1600 or email .

To assist with this process, we kindly ask that you supply the following information via email reception@courierluggage.com

Clear images of product and effected area / area’s

Our experienced and friendly customer service team will review and reply back to you with a solution within 48 hours.

If your product needs to be repaired or returned back to the CL Group, we will advise these details in our reply. Please note that you are responsible for all costs of getting your product to the Authorised Service Centres or CL Group, including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging and shipping.

My product has been damaged whilst I’m travelling, what do I do

If damage has occurred to your bag whist travelling with an airline - ALWAYS REPORT DAMAGE TO THE AIRLINE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE AIRPORT as this is covered by the airline and is NOT a manufacturing fault. Please contact the relevant airline for terms & conditions.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

  • Reasonable or excessive wear and tear
  • Damage as the result of mishandling, neglect, airlines, third parties, or transport companies.
  • Airlines are the most common cause of damage to luggage. The CL Group is not responsible for any damage that occurs whilst your luggage in transit. We urge you to take out travel insurance, inspect your luggage after each trip and submit a claim to the carrier if damage occurs. Should your luggage be damaged in transit we recommend you report & submit a claim directly to the airline that you have flown with prior to leaving the airport. The CL Group will not enter into negotiation with respect to damage caused outside the normal parameters of use or damage caused by third party misuse
  • Heat, flame or the natural elements
  • Failure to adhere to care instructions

Ts and Cs:

  • Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • If the product is not under warranty as determined by the Authorised Service Centre, any repairs agreed to or freight costs associated will be at the cost of the owner.
  • Product locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the Product or its contents, breakage or entry by airline or airport personnel or governmental authorities.
  • Do not send your Product directly to the CL Group unless you have been given an authorization number and approval from CL Group customer service team. No responsibility will taken for and product returned without this approval number.

Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2010 (No.1) commencing 1 January 2012 ‘Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure’.

What information Does courier luggage collect?

We collect your postal address, name, and email to complete your order. We need your name and address to send your order, and we need your email address to contact you should there be any problems.

Does COURIER LUGGAGE share and/or transfer your information?

No. We do not condone this behavior, and we would never do this to anyone, at any point in time.

Credit Card Details

Courier Luggage does not actually see your credit card details, as your payments are made through Paypal. We have chosen this option as it offers the highest level of online security for buyers. Even if our website becomes compromised, that information will not be accessible as it lies with Paypal only.
