Every tag has a unique ID that is linked to a secure Retreev account. Made of reinforced stainless steel, a Retreev ring can withstand more than 50kg/ 110lbs of force. HOW TO SET UP A TAG:
Step 1: Activate your tag by tapping the tag, scanning the QR code or entering the unique ID found on the tag into retreev.com/setup
Step 2: Complete your personal details to be contactable when your bag is found.
Step 3: The tag is now activated! Attach the tag to your bag, and you're good to go.
HOW TO RETURN A LOST BAG:
Step 1: A person taps the tag, scans the QR code or enters the unique ID into retreev.com/return using their phone.
Step 2: You'll recieve an email and text message alerting you that your bag has been found.
Step 3: You can now easily contact the person to arrange the safe return of your lost bag.
